How to share with us your photos for printing?

If you place your order through our website make sure you upload the photos along with your order.
If you forgot to attach the photos or you ordered through Whatsapp/Instagram DMs you can send us an e-mail on photos@paillettes.com or Whatsapp us on 01221114470

How long does the order take to be ready?

Since our products are handmade/customized upon request, they may take up to a week to be ready.

What are the available payment methods?

We currently support online payments if you prefer to pay with your card online, or you can choose to pay cash on delivery. We’re working on offering you the option of paying with your credit card upon delivery very soon.

Can I track my order?

We aim to upgrade our service and delivery model to meet your expectations for your ultimate satisfaction.
